I knew 0.A. meant Official Administrator. I don't know if

former Money Orders from Official Administrator were marked "The

0. A.*

Prior to September 10th., I did not know about this business :

at all of the Money Order.

I did not try hard to make you admit it; I did not know it was a serious matter but I knew a case was being brought against you. I only wanted to let you get back your money. I offered you the alternative of the money being handed back to you or to

I did say "Whom do you think would likely put out $113 to get you into trouble ? you didn't say "You are indirectly accus- -ing me of being the remitter of the money" but you did say "There

1913; before that I was in the Post Office for over 5 years. I

know exhibit H: I issued it: the figures on it are in my hand-

-writing: Exhibit K is the counterfoil of the receipt. It was

not issued in April: K is in my hand-writing too. Mr. A. Khan

made the aplication: he paid me in notes: the shroff took the notes: I did not take the money: I did not do so; we call the

shroff.
